DEL VAL Non-Fibrated Roof/Foundation Coating
Del-Val Non Fibrated Roof / Foundation Coating is a non-fibrated asphalt coating that is used to prevent moisture penetrating through foundation walls and protecting a variety of roof surfaces.
After the product is applied it forms a smooth flexible shell that helps resist the entrance of moisture through foundation walls.
On the roof Del-Val Non Fibrated Roof Coating forms a weather resistant film that has excellent adhesion to most roof surfaces.

- Light Brush Grade
- Great for below grade foundation walls
- Resaturates and restores old asphalt roofs
- Used for exterior below grade masonry and block walls where no hydrostatic pressure is present.
- Used for coating all types of smooth surface asphalt roofs and can also be used to protect wood and metal above or below grade.
Application: Can be applied using: brush, roller or heavy duty spray equipment. Allow 24 hours drying time before backfilling against the foundation walls. Do not apply over wet/damp or frost covered surfaces.
Coverage: Masonry Surfaces: apply at the rate of approximately 1 to 1.5 gallons per 100 sq. ft.
Roofing Surfaces (smooth asphalt surfaces): apply at the rate of approximately 1 to 2 gallons per 100 sq.ft.
Must stir coating before using.
Cleanup: Clean tools with mineral spirits, taking necessary precautions when handling combustible liquids.

DEL VAL Roof Master Flashing Cement
Roof-Master All Weather Flashing Cement is unique high quality flashing cement that has been manufactured using the highest quality chemical ingredients. Its flexible smooth trowel consistency makes this product ideal for patching emergency holes and cracks in roofs. Roof-Master All Weather Flashing Cement is ideal for sealing emergency leaks to both wet and dry roof surfaces and has excellent underwater adhesion.

- Specially formulated for use in damp, wet roofing situations.
- Roof Master can be used as a heavy duty flashing cement for repairing flashings, asphalt shingles, built-up roofs, metal and masonry surfaces.
- Great for sealing leaks and openings at flashings (chimneys, vents, skylights, metal joints, gutters).
- DO NOT USE with EPDM, PVC, TPO or other single-ply membranes.
Preparation: Surface must be clean and free of dirt, dust, oil or grease and be free of any other foreign matter that would interfere with good adhesion. In colder climates we recommend storing the product at room temperature for 24 hours prior to application.
Application: Apply with a trowel or putty knife. Spread Roof All Weather Master Flashing Cement to approximately 1/8” thickness and work thoroughly into the problem area. Repairing cracks and blisters: if the area is 1/4”wide to 2” long apply United Asphalt Cotton or Fiberglass fabric for reinforcement then cover with additional cement.
Coverage: Approximately 8 gallons per 100 sq. ft. (per coat) Code Approvals/Compliance: This product meets or exceeds the requirements of ASTM 4586 Type 1 and ASTM D-3409
Cleanup: Clean tools with mineral spirits, taking necessary precautions when handling combustible liquids.
Precaution: DO NOT THIN. DO NOT HEAT CONTAINER. DO NOT store in an area where temperatures exceed 120°F.

Karnak #112 Foundation & Roof Coating is a non-fibered asphalt coating for preventing moisture penetration through foundation walls and protecting a variety of roof surfaces. The finished coating forms a smooth, tough, flexible film that serves to help retard the entrance of moisture into or through teh foundation wall. On the roof it helps to extend the life of a variety of roofing systems. If a hydrostatic pressure condition is present against the foundation wall, Karnak recommends using a Karnak waterproofing product such as Karnak 88R Rubberized Waterproofing (Aqua-Block), or Karnak 229AR-Elastomeric.

USES
Karnak #19 Ultra Flashing Cement is a general purpose flashing cement for repairing leaks in shingles, concrete, metal or asphalt roofs, flashings on walls, chimneys, flues, skylight flashings, downspouts and cornices. 19 Ultra is excellent for sealing cracks in concrete and brick, as a joint filler for precast roof slabs and for general purpose use in maintenance of exposed buildings and structures.

Karnak #88R Rubberized Waterproofing is a multi-purpose, cold applied protective waterproofing tht dries to a tough, durable and flexible coating that gives excellent performance over a wide range of temperature and weather conditions. USES
Karnak #88R Rubberized Waterproofing is designed to waterproof masonry and concrete exterior below grade surfaces and interior surfaces above grade. Karnak #88R also functions as a vapor barrier and air barrier. This product is suitable as a general protective coating for wood, steel and for all backup materials for masonry such as stone, brick and concrete. This protective coating also helps to control moisture and inhibit air leakage in buildings as specified in a number of building codes.

Karnak #86AF Fibered Trowel Mastic is a heavy bodied product which dries to a tough, flexible and elastic protective coating. Karnak #86AF Fibered Trowel Mastic is highly resistant to the penetration of water and moisture over a wide range of temperature and service conditions. USES
Karnak #86AF Fibered Trowel Mastic is especially recommended for application as a protective coating for exterior masonry walls below grade and exterior face of interior walls (cavity wall construction), and as a dampproofing product for retaining walls, bridge abutments and steel panels. It is also used for the coating of interior faces of exterior masonry walls above grade, and for all back-up material for masonry, such as stone, brick or concrete.
