This allows installers to simply screw in a wide variety of cap plates that fit almost any beam configuration and eliminates the costly and timely need for welding. Choose from three types of caps in several sizes which fasten to the column. No welding required except for the beam plate with ring.
• Cap – 5-3/8″x5-3/8″x1/8″ low carbon steel, w/ 1/2″ hex head screw.
• Beam Plate – made from 1/4″ low carbon steel, with screw.
Sizes: 4 5/8″ x 8″ x 1/4″ for 3 2x’s
5 3/8″ x 8″ x 1/4″ for 3 LVL
6 1/8″ x 8″ x 1/4″ for 4 2x’s
