LEXEL Waterproofing Sealant
Lexel® is the “duct tape” of all caulks. Super-elastic. Superior adhesion. Paintable. It seals around anything: tubs and shower stalls, sinks and counter tops, window frames and door frames, PVC and metal pipes. Apply to wet or dry surfaces, indoors and outdoors. Sikaflex 15LM Construction Sealants
Formulated to be used with moving joints or where high movement capabilities are needed, the Sikaflex-15 LM is a low-modulus, 1-component, polyurethane-based elastomeric sealant. This sealant has a joint movement of +100% / -50%, making it perfect for wall systems, around windows and door frames, high-rise and facade applications.
Sikaflex 15 LM has great adhesion properties, so bonding to most construction materials without a primer is possible. After curing, the non-sag sealant is paintable using water, oil, and rubber based paints to match surrounding materials.

Sikaflex 1a (& GP) Adhesive Sealant
Designed for all types of joints where the maximum depth of sealant will not exceed 1/2 inch, the Sikaflex-1a is a premium-grade polyurethane-based elastomeric sealant. Sika’s one part polyurethane can be used for horizontal and vertical applications, the non-sag formula works great on windows, door frames, small joints, and other construction adhesive applications.
The pre-mixed, high performance Sikaflex 1a adhesive will bond to most construction materials without a primer. It offers excellent resistance to aging, weathering, jet fuel, and other chemical solvents. This sealant is paintable with water, oil and rubber-based paints and is fast curing for timely installations.
