Acuricon:  One Step Curing, Hardening and Dustproofing

Anti-Hydro’s Acuricon (Chemical Cure) is a 35% solution of special 42 degree Baume sodium silicate combined with penetrating and wetting agents.  Acuricon is applied to concrete surfaces to produce water retention in accordance with ASTM C-309.

In addition to curing concrete, Acuricon chemically hardens the surface by reacting with the cement binder of the concrete to produce a durable and rustproof surface.

When Acuricon is used in accordance with specifications, it will not interfere with the the bond of adhesive applied flooring materials such as asphalt, vinyl, or rubber tile, or with properly applied concrete coatings.

 Acuricon is available either as Acuricon “C” (clear) or “D” (fugitive dye).  The dye is used for identification purposes and disappears completely after exposure to heat and light.

Armortop:  Concrete Hardener and Dustproofer

Armortop is an aqueous solution of silicates and fluosilicates combined with penetrating agents.  When applied to floors, Armortop reacts with the free lime and calcium carbonate.  It binds soft, loose particles together to form a hard, vitreous surface.

• The Armortop treated floor resists abrasion, attack by many chemicals, and dusting.
•  The use of Armortop increase the life of a concrete floor manyfold and lower the maintenance costs.
• Floors treated with Armortop form an excellent base to adhere adhesives for tile and composition floorings.
• Armor top floors may be painted with standard concrete deck paints after proper primer is applied.

3 Way Sealer: Sealed, Dustproofed, Protected, Concrete Surfaces

Anti-Hydro’s 3 Way Sealer (Clear) may be applied at the time of finishing as a combination curing, sealing, and dustproofing treatment.

• Provides a water retaining film with penetrating qualities.
• Additional coats of 3 Way Sealer provide excellent resistance to chloride salts and water penetration.
• 3 Way Sealer is an effective treatment to prevent dusting concrete and to enhance the durability of concrete exposed to weather and salts.

HiGRO Cure & Seal – Concrete Coating for Fresh or Existing Concrete

A formulation based aqueous dispersion of styrene/acrylate polymer which will effectively cure, harden, rustproof and seal freshly poured concrete in one simply solution.  On older concrete, it is an effective seal coat that is resistant to acids, alkalis, salts, oils, and other potentially destructive chemicals.

•  It will also promote excellent adhesion of tile and carpet adhesives.
• It may be used on exterior concrete surfaces to prevent spalling from de-icing salts and guard against freeze-thaw deterioration.
• Exceeds the moisture retention and dry time requirements of ASTM C309.
