California Stucco
California cement stucco is within the reach of the homeowner as well as the corporate budget. Cement stucco grows stronger with age, and is fully resistant to rot, deterioration and aggressive chemicals in the atmosphere, such as acid rain. California cement stucco is an easy retrofit and is an ideal medium for restoring the older home.
It is resistant to abuse, the color is integral and permanent, this eliminates the need for painting, it can be simply cleaned with mild soap and garden hose.

Most time proven of all wall coverings. Comes to you containing all the necessary ingredients ready for use with the addition of clean water. It is factory blended in 94 lb. bags, available in 25 colors and will cover 50 square feet
- AGGREGATE: Premium blended/glass silica sand.
- PIGMENTS: All synthetic iron oxides. (Non-fading and non-leaching).
- WATERPROOFING: Added to protect for freeze/thaw climatic conditions.

Pre-blended elastomeric acrylic polymer coating finish packaged in 60 lb. pails covering approximately 125+ square feet and in a wide variety of colors.

- DESCRIPTION: Elastomeric ready-mixed acrylic wall coating available in 60 standard factory-blended colors suitable for interior or exterior applications.
- USES: Ideal medium for new construction as well as retrofit. Ornate and decorative features such as quoins, arches, columns, etc. are easily achieved.
- SUBSTRATES: Apply over concrete, brick, block, stucco, masonry, and monolithic concrete.

- FINISH: Water-based, 100% acrylic binder emulsion.
- AGGREGATE CASE: Contains calcium carbonate particles with “A” graded size distribution as well as finer pigments and fillers.
