Umaco Universal 1023
Universal 1023 is a cement-based, durable, multi-purpose,
polymer-modified, high-strength and water-resistant patching,
repair and resurfacing material which may be applied from a
feather-edge up to 6″ thick for horizontal applications.

- May be used as a glass block mortar
- Can be blended with most mortar & cement colors
- May be top coated with Color-Seal or Paver-Saver Plus which are both available in a variety of colors.

MAPEI Planitop” X” Fast Repair Mortar 50#
Planitop X is a one-component, fiber-reinforced, shrinkage-compensated, high-early-strength, fast-setting, polymer-modified, high-build cementitious repair mortar with a corrosion inhibitor.
- It is suited for all interior/exterior vertical and overhead concrete repairs, including precast/prestressed, tilt-up, post-tensioned and cast-in-place concrete.
- Planitop X can be applied from featheredge to 4″ (10 cm) per lift.
- Planitop X is engineered to provide high early strength with ease of application.
- Planitop X dries to a light gray color, matching most concrete surfaces.

One-Component, Fast-Setting, Extended-Working-Time, Vertical and Overhead Repair Mortar
Planitop XS is an extended-working-time variation of Planitop X. Shrinkage-compensated, fiber-reinforced, polymer-modified and containing a corrosion inhibitor, Planitop XS features Planitop X’s outstanding workability and versatility. This product features a very low emission of volatile organic compounds and includes an offset of greenhouse gas emissions.
- From 1/16″ to 2″ (1.5 mm to 5 cm) overhead thickness
- From 1/16″ to 4″ (1.5 mm to 10 cm) vertical thickness
- For repairing steps, risers, ramps, columns, balconies, ceilings, retaining walls, parking garages and more
- Shrinkage-compensated
